Snapchat is one of the hippest messaging services around, but it can be confusing to use. I know I had a hard time understanding it at first. In this post we will teach you everything there is to know about Snapchat. There’s more than naughty sexting to it (though that’s a key part), so let’s get started.

10 best messenger apps and chat apps for Android

App lists

What is Snapchat? Snapchat terminology

Every app has its language, and Snapchat is no exceptions. Let’s run through the main Snapchat terms you need to learn to use this app effectively and know what your friends are talking to you about.

Snap: A Snap is a picture or video you send through Snapchat. It can be sent to multiple users and will be deleted once viewed.

Stories: While also temporary, stories last longer than regular snaps and chats. Stories can be viewed as many times as users wish, but only for 24 hours. Stories are also shared with all your friends.

Chat: Snapchat uses chats for more private conversations. It is a basic instant messaging feature, but messages also disappear after being viewed.

Memories: Memories make it possible for users to save snaps for future usage. This is the only way to keep content around without it being deleted.

Filters: Snapchat filters make it possible to alter the mood of your image. These can change hues, saturation, shadows, and more.

Lenses: Lenses are animated special effects you can add to your shots.

Snapcode: Snapcodes are QR-style codes used for easily adding friends.

Bitmoji: A Bitmoji is Snapchat’s version of an avatar. This icon shows an animated character you can customize to look like you.

Snap Map: Snap Map is a section of the app that shows your location, as well as your friends’.

Download the Snapchat app

You have to download it first! Once you have downloaded the app, then you can sign up (or sign in) and add friends on your contact list that may already be on Snapchat.

Sign up or log in

If you already have an account, simply input your username and password. Those looking at this post might not have one, though. If that is the case, follow instructions below to get yourself a Snapchat account.

Open the Snapchat app.

Hit the “Sign up” button.

Enable requested permissions.

Input your first and last name.

Input your birthday.

Find a username that hasn’t been taken.

Create a password.

Type in your email address.

Enter your phone number. Wait for the verification number to come through as a text message. Input the verification number.

You are set!

Navigating the Snapchat app

Once you’ve set it up, the application will take you straight into the fun. Snapchat will access your camera and present you a live feed of the view as the home screen.

The buttons on the top-right corner allow you turn the flash on, flip to the selfie camera, or add friends to your snaps. You can also expand these settings to display timer and grid options.

There’s an icon with your Bitmoji in the top-left corner. This is the main menu, so to speak. In here you can find your settings, contact info, stories, Bitmoji options, and more.

There’s a couple icons on the bottom, to the right and left of your shutter button. These will take you to your messages and the Discover section.

Swipe down from the home screen to access the Snap Map. Lenses will be to the right of the shutter speed, while the icon below the shutter speed displays memories.

Taking and sending a Snap

You can take a picture by tapping the shutter button in the home screen. Pressing and holding this button will take a video clip. Taking the actual photo or video is only half the fun; there is plenty of editing power to make an ordinary shot look fun and dynamic.

Lenses

Tap the smiley face next to the shutter button to access Snapchat’s Lenses. These make it possible to add a little flare to your images or videos with animated filters. Many of these can analyze your face and change your appearance. You can turn into a puppy, rock a beard, have horns, and more. Some of them are interactive and react to certain actions, such as opening your mouth. Others also support more than one person in the frame.

Stickers

The sticker function can be accessed in the editing page. It looks like a sticky note. Press this button to open up a whole page filled with stickers, simply tap on the one you want.

To move it around, simply drag it with your finger. If you happen to be working with a video, you can stick it to anything, even if the subject is moving. Simply tap and hold on the sticker, drag it to the object in the video you want it to stick to. Let’s say it’s my eye. Once located, one can let go of the sticker, and it will follow whatever you placed it over. In this case, my eye.

Text

Adding a text is just as simple. Just tap on the “T” button and you will be allowed to write anything on a shadowed area. Once done, get rid of the keyboard and you can drag the text area around to your will.

Drawing

The pencil button in the editing page makes it possible to draw over your images or clips. You will get a variety of color options. Simply draw anything with your finger after choosing a color. A refresh button also makes it possible to start your drawing over.

Cutting

The scissors icon lets you cut sections of your content and overlay them in your Snap. Select the scissors icon, outline the area you wish to cut, and drag it around to place it in your desired area.

URL

The paper clip icon makes it possible to attach a URL to your Snap. Simply tap on the paper clip, search or paste a URL, and attach.

Time limits

You can set a time limit on your snaps. Simply tap on the timer icon and choose your preferred option.

Change filters

Once you have taken an image, simply swipe left or right in the editing page. This will add a filter to your photo or video.

Saving Snaps with Memories

It used to be that when you took a Snap, it would disappear quickly. Now you can save any Snap you make with the Memories feature. All you have to do is tap on the “Save” icon at the bottom-left of the screen after you finish editing your Snap.

To access the Memories feature and see your saved Snaps, hit the icon right under the shutter button, in the home screen.

How to upload videos to Snapchat

Viewing a Snap

To view a Snap simply follow the steps below.

Open the Snapchat app.

From the home screen, swipe from left to right to enter the Friends page.

New Snaps will be here, along with chat messages.

New snaps can look either red or purple. Red Snaps have no audio, while purple ones do.

Tap on the Snap to open and view it.

Double tap on the Snap to view it once more (last chance!).

The Snap is gone! Unless you took a screenshot, that is. Remember, your friend will be notified if you immortalize the Snap with a screenshot.

Publishing a Story

As mentioned above, stories are pretty much Snaps that are available for 24 hours. This means posting a Story is very similar to Sending a Snap. Here is how to do it.

Open the Snapchat app.

Shoot your picture or video.

Edit your content.

Instead of pressing the “Send To” button, hit the “Story” icon in the bottom-left corner.

Alternatively, you can do it this way:

Open the Snapchat app.

Tap on the Snapchat avatar icon in the top-left corner.

Under “Stories,” select “Add to my story.”

Shoot your image or video.

Edit the content.

At the bottom you will see a “My Story” section. Tap on it to access more options.

Here you can create groups, add friends, make the story private, and more.

Tap on the Profile button, which you can find on the top left of the Profile screen.

Tap on the menu icon (the three horizontal dots) to the right of your Story

Tap on the Stories Settings section.

Tap on the Save icon to save your Story to Memories.

There’s also the option to save an individual Snap from a Story to Memories:

Tap on the Profile button.

Tap on the Story’s name.

Tap on the individual Snap you want to save.

Tap on the Save icon to save that Snap to Memories.

How To Use Apple Airplay On Android Tv

If there’s anything that sets apart Apple devices from the rest is its seamless inter-connectivity across platforms and how easy it is for the end-user to get content from one Apple product to another. You might have heard a ton about how good Apple’s ecosystem is and rightly so. Its ecosystem is so tightly woven that you can view and share content between your iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV with ease using a bunch of native tools, one of which is AirPlay.

For those who are unfamiliar, AirPlay is Apple’s way of sharing and streaming content from one device to another. If you own an iPhone and any other Apple device, you can use AirPlay to share what you’re viewing including photos, videos, music, and any other supported content from your iPhone onto the other device wirelessly. The devices you can share can be anything from an iPhone, iPad, Mac to an Apple TV, or any other supported gadget.

Since you’re here reading this post, chances are that you’re wondering whether or not you can use AirPlay to stream content from an Apple device to an Android TV. The answer to that isn’t simple as there are multiple ways you can use AirPlay on Android TVs but choosing one depends on the TV you have and the content you want to stream. Listed below are different methods you can follow to use AirPlay on an Android TV.

Related: How To Mirror iPhone To Samsung TV

Method 1: If your Android TV supports Airplay or you have an Apple TV box

Contrary to what you may think, there are some Android TVs in the market that officially offer AirPlay support out of the box. You can stream content directly on these TVs using AirPlay like you would on any other Apple device like an iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple TV. Android TVs that support AirPlay will work similarly to that of Apple TVs in terms of media sharing using Airplay as the functionality has no limitations.

All TVs that are marked as “Works with Apple AirPlay” can be used to stream and cast content from an iPhone or Mac. At the time of writing, most modern Sony TVs that run on Android support AirPlay and you can check out this support page to see if the TV you own has the AirPlay feature in-built.

Besides Sony, there are TVs and streaming devices from other brands like LG, Samsung, Vizio, and Roku that offer support for Apple AirPlay natively on them. You can check if your TV supports AirPlay officially by going to this Apple page. In all of these devices, you can use the AirPlay option on the iPhone or Mac to stream content directly like you would if it was an Apple TV.

If you have an existing Apple TV console like Apple TV HD (available for under $150) or an Apple TV 4K (available for under $180) lying around, then you can connect it directly to your Android TV unit using an HDMI cable. Regardless of what you opt for, the steps to use Airplay to stream content are the same in either case.

If your Android TV supports AirPlay or you have connected an Apple TV console to your Android TV, you can start using it by first connecting both the TV and your iPhone to the same Wi-Fi network.

Once that’s done, select the video or content you want to play using AirPlay and then tap on the AirPlay option (a TV-like icon that’s indicated by a square resting on a triangle).

If the content you’re trying to stream is audio, then you’ll see a different Airplay icon on the audio app and this icon will be marked by concentric circles resting on a triangle.

For some apps, you can access the AirPlay option by tapping on the Share icon first.

When the AirPlay overflow menu appears, select the Android TV you want to stream content to.

The shared content will now start streaming directly on the TV and you should see a blue-colored AirPlay button at the top left corner. You’ll also see a banner at the top of the iPhone and if the app supports automatic Airplay, all future content will start getting cast on the TV.

AirPlay can also be used to trigger screen mirroring from your iPhone to the TV. To mirror your iPhone’s screen, launch the Control Center, and tap on the Screen Mirroring icon.

In the overflow window that appears, select your TV from the list.

Your iPhone’s screen should now appear on the TV and any eligible content will be cast from your iPhone to the TV. You can also do this to AirPlay from other Apple devices you may own.

You can continue to use your iPhone for other purposes or go back to the streaming app to control playback.

Method 2: If your Android TV supports Chromecast

Most apps on iOS come with a built-in Chromecast feature that lets you stream content directly from your iPhone onto the TV. This is not to be mistaken with ‘Screen Mirroring’ as the content is streamed directly onto the TV as Chromecast lets you use your iPhone for other things at the same time, even for controlling the content that’s being played.

Since most modern Android TVs and even non-Android ones come enabled with Chromecast, you will be able to use the feature directly from a compatible app on your iPhone. Among the popular apps that you can use Chromecast with are Google Photos, Youtube, Netflix, Twitch, Discovery+, Google Home, HBO Now, Plex, and Stadia. You can check out this page for a complete list of apps that support Chromecast on iOS devices.

In order to start using Chromecast, you need to connect both your Android TV and iPhone to the same Wi-Fi network.

If your Android TV supports Chromecast, you can start streaming content from your iPhone by opening the Chromecast-enabled app and tapping on the Cast icon (the icon will be marked by a rectangle with a Wi-Fi-like sign at its bottom left).

If it’s the first time you’re using Chromecast with this app, you will be asked to give the app access to find and connect to devices on your local network. In the prompt that appears, tap on Ok to give access to your local network.

The app will now be able to scan for other devices that are connected to the same Wi-Fi network that your iPhone is connected to. After scanning for devices, you should see the name of your Android TV appear in the list of supported devices. Select the TV that you want to Chromecast content to.

Your iPhone will now connect to the selected TV and will start transferring content from the current app.

You will get options on your screen to control the playback and you should also be able to see the name of the TV the content is playing on. At any time you’re done with casting the content, you can stop broadcasting the stream by tapping on the Chromecast icon on the app and choosing the option to disconnect the two devices.

Method 3: If your Android TV doesn’t support AirPlay or Chromecast

If you own an Android TV that supports neither Airplay nor Chromecast, then you may have to look for third-party solutions, either in the form of additional hardware or an app that lets you cast content using Airplay. Following are three solutions for when your Android TV doesn’t provide native support for AirPlay or Chromecast.

Solution A: Get an AirPlay receiver or Google Chromecast

If you don’t want to rely on a third-party app to use AirPlay, then you can get an accessory that can add support for either AirPlay or Chromecast onto your Android TV.

If you can afford it, the Apple TV is your best bet if all you want is a seamless content broadcasting experience between your iPhone and TV but the device comes at a heft price of $149 for the HD model and $179 for the one that supports 4K.

But if you’re looking for something that’s affordable, you can choose any of these options – EZCast Ultra and MiraScreen D7 to Airplay video content or go for Belkin SoundForm Connect or Acemax M5 for casting audio content using Airplay.

Although the aforementioned devices claim Airplay support, we’d recommend that you buy a Chromecast device instead of as it’s relatively easier to use and there are a bunch of apps that offer native Chromecast support to stream content wirelessly. Google offers the latest Chromecast with Google TV for under $40 but if you simply want a device for Chromecast, you can opt for the Third Gen Google Chromecast that you can get for under $30.

Once you’ve gotten a hold of an Airplay or Chromecast-supported device, you can connect it to your TV and start streaming content using the Airplay or Chromecast option on the relevant app by following instructions from either Method 1 or Method 2 respectively.

Solution B: Download a third-party Android TV app that offers AirPlay support

Instead of spending more on additional accessories for your TV, you can use AirPlay on your Android TV with the help of a third-party app. There are a bunch of apps that offer Airplay support on Android TV – AirScreen, AirPlayMirror, and AirPin(PRO) to name a few. All these apps work in a similar fashion but for its simplicity, we recommend using the AirScreen app as it offered a good Airplay experience without any added cost.

To install the app on your TV, you can go to the app’s Google Play Store link above and then select the device you want to install it on from this page.

You can also install the app directly from your TV by launching the Google Play Store app and searching for the app’s name in the search bar. Once the app has been installed, select Open on the app’s loading page.

When the app opens, you’ll see a QR code appear on the TV. You are required to scan this code using the Camera app on your iPhone. The camera will now read this code and prompt you to visit a webpage. Tap on the link available under the scanned portion to go to this webpage.

To start broadcasting content on the TV, open an AirPlay supported app on your iPhone and select content you wish to play. In our testing, we’re using the Apple Music app that offers Airplay support built-in to its app. Inside the content’s playback screen, tap on the Airplay icon.

Depending on the content you wish to play, you’ll see two Airplay icons – one for streaming video (marked by a rectangle resting on a triangle) and one for audio (marked by concentric circles resting on a triangle).

Tapping on the Airplay option will open up an overflow menu. Select your TV from the list of devices to start playing the selected content.

The AirScreen app on the Android TV will now start looking for content that you’re sharing from the iPhone.

When the content starts playing, it should appear on the TV.

Whenever something is being AirPlayed from your iPhone, you should see the device’s name (in this case, the TV’s name).

The rest of this functionality remains similar to that of using AirPlay on Apple TVs or AirPlay-enabled smart TVs.

Solution C: Go wired with a Lightning to HDMI cable

By now, you may have explored all the options that you could use to Airplay content wirelessly and if none of them worked in your favor, the only way to go is a wired connection. You can connect your iPhone to your Android TV using an adapter that converts video signals from your mobile device to a relevant output for the TV.

There are a bunch of Lightning to HDMI adapters that you can buy to connect your iPhone to an Android TV but if you’re looking for the official way to get this done, you should check out Apple’s own Lightning Digital AV Adapter that you can purchase for under $50.

The Lightning Digital AV Adapter plugs into the Lightning port on your iPhone and you can use an existing HDMI cable to connect the other end of this adapter to that of your TV. Additionally, you have the option to charge your iPhone at the time of casting through the Lightning port that’s available on the adapter itself.

Besides going the official route, you can also buy third-party Apple MFi-certified Lightning-to-HDMI adapters (1,2,3,4) to establish a connection between your iPhone and TV for screencasting.

After you connect both your TV and iPhone with a cable/adapter, switch to the specific HDMI input on your TV and allow screen access for the TV on your iPhone when prompted. Once that’s done, all the contents of your screen should be mirrored right back on the TV.

That’s all you need to know about using AirPlay on your Android TV.

After a super short period at number one the developer had the game removed from all sources, fast forward to 2023 and Flappy Bird is back in all its glory on Snapchat in a new Augmented Reality (AR) format.

How to Get ‘Instagram Direct’ in Any Country. Instagram’s New Standalone Chat App.

Flappy Bird, developed by Dong Nguyen, a Vietnamese video game developer, has quite a long history. It was originally released in 2013, based on a character recycled from an older canceled game Dong had created. Although it took a solid year to become a massive viral hit, its fall from grace was almost instant, Dong was quick to have the game removed from both the iOS and Google Play Stores over his guilt about the games highly addictive and sometimes rage-inducing gameplay.

If you’d like to try Flappy Bird on Snapchat, it’s not as simple as opening the app and selecting it from the filters list, you’ll instead have to use Snaps QR code based unlock system. Below you will find a full guide on how to find, setup and use Flappy Bird (AR) on Snapchat.

What Do Snapchat Emojis Mean And How To Use Them

Emojis are a great way to communicate your thoughts and feelings to another person without using words. Plus, they save you a great deal of effort and time. These days, if you send someone a message with plain text, they might think you’re upset or angry at them. Especially if it’s a close friend.

You’ve probably used emojis before, in text messages or in one of the social media apps. When you can’t quite seem to put your thoughts into words or just to brighten up someone’s mood. But Snapchat emojis are a different story. If you’re new to the app, you might find them rather confusing. They’re more multi-purpose than on other platforms and are used for more than just expressing your emotions in texts.

Table of Contents

For example, you can tell how close you’re with a user by looking at the Snapchat emoji and you can even create your own emoji (or bitmoji) on the app.

Let’s have a look at what Snapchat emojis mean and how you can better understand and use them.

What Do Snapchat Emojis Mean?

So what’s so different about Snapchat emojis? The main thing is, you don’t just use them in text, but instead you can read them to understand your relationships with your Snapchat friends.

The emojis on the app are used to track activity of both you and your friends. They can be set both manually and automatically. When Snapchat assigns your chat an emoji, the metrics they look at include the amount of snaps you send to one another, and how often you reply to each other’s messages.

Let’s see what you can learn from simply looking at your assigned Snapchat emoji. To see the emoji, open your Snapchat profile and go to the Friends section.

Baby Emoji

The baby face is a pretty straightforward emoji. It means that this user and you just recently became friends on the app.

Birthday Cake

Birthday cake is also easy to read. It means today is your friend’s birthday. Note that it won’t appear unless they included their birthdate on their profile.

Not everybody likes to share that sort of information on social networks. We recommend learning the privacy tips for Snapchat before you start using the app.

#1 Best Friends Emoji

Now let’s look at all the different heart emojis on the app. First one is a simple yellow heart. If you see that next to your friend’s name, it means that you’re each other’s Best Friends on Snapchat. Meaning you’re on top of each other’s contact lists. That’s the person you send and receive the most Snaps from.

BFF Emoji

If you see that yellow heart next to your friend’s name turn red, that means you two have reached a new level of your Snapchat communication. The red heart emoji indicates that user has been your Best Friend on the platform for over two weeks.

Super BFF Emoji

Yes, there’s an upgrade even for the BFF status. You can become Super BFFs on Snapchat if you and your friend keep your BFF status (the red heart) for longer than two months. Then you’ll see a couple of pink hearts next to that contact’s username.

Best Friends Emoji

There are different smiley face Snapchat emojis. All of them are used to identify your relationships with the users you’re closest to on the app.

The simple smiley face means that you and the user are each other’s Best Friends. You both send a lot of snaps to one another. This emoji also means that while you’re not at the top of your friend’s contact list, you are in their top eight.

Mutual Best Friends Emoji

So this is when it’s starting to get tricky. The smiley face with sunglasses on shows you that someone from your Best Friends list is also on the user’s Best Friends list. Basically, you have a mutual user that you send a lot of Snaps to.

Smirk Emoji

The emoji that has a smirk rather than a smile on it appears when you’re on the user’s Best Friends list while they aren’t on yours. It happens when a user sends you more and more frequent Snaps than you send them.

Grimace Emoji

This awkward smile emoji is there to tell you that your #1 Best Friend on Snapchat is also the user’s #1 Best Friend. You both have a strong connection with the same person.

Snapstreak Emojis

When you exchange Snaps with another user for several days in a row, you’ll see a fire emoji next to this friend’s name. It’s called Snapstreak. If you want to continue the Snapstreak, you’ll need to communicate with Snaps only. Messages don’t count.

The longer you go, the more fire emojis you’ll see next to your friend’s name, each indicating one say of the streak. When you reach 100 days’ Snapstreak, you’ll see it change to the 100 emoji.

The hourglass Snapchat emoji shows that you need to send a Snap to this person as soon as possible if you want the Snapstreak to continue.

Sparkles Emoji

Sparkles indicate that you and the user are sharing a Snapchat group chat together.

Golden Star Emoji

Pay attention to the users that have the golden star emoji next to their username. It means that someone replied to their Snap within 24 hours, so they might have something interesting to share.

How To Use Emojis On Snapchat

All of the above-mentioned Snapchat emojis are the default options assigned to all the contacts on your friends list. You can also set your own unique emojis to certain users. It’s only possible with the friends that already have Friend Emojis assigned to them by Snapchat.

To customize your friend emojis, follow these steps:

That way, you can turn your best friend emoji into a pizza slice. Perfect for that special pizza buddy of yours.

Whether you use Snapchat to connect with friends or to spy on your children’s internet use, it’s good to be aware of what each of the Snapchat emojis stand for. It’s a good way to keep track of your connections on the app and see if you’ve maybe neglected some users and started to become overbearing for others.

How To Use Pushbullet Android App

When you’re at your day job, struggling to meet a deadline, it’s not to difficult to forget about your smartphone for a while. Taking a break from your smartphone, in itself, is a welcome change, but in the process, you could miss a few important notifications.

Pushbullet offers to remedy the situation by bringing those notifications straight to your desktop. You can check and reply to messages, get app notifications, phone alerts, and can even exchange files between your devices.

How to set up Pushbullet

Step 1. Go to Pushbullet’s official website on your Windows PC.

Step 2. After signing up with either Google or Facebook, you’ll be redirected to the welcome page.

Step 3. Download the app from Google Play on your Android smartphone.

Step 4. After completing the standard installation, the desktop client will give you the option of signing in.

Sign in with either Facebook or Google in the phone app. Make sure to choose the same option on both your PC and smartphone.

Step 5.  Allow Pushbullet to read your notifications on your phone — enable Notification access.

Step 6. Allow Pushbullet to manage phone calls and text messages.

Step 7. Having followed the steps above, you’ll be redirected to the home page of the app on Windows and Android.

How to make the most of Pushbullet

Microsoft Windows 10 also comes decked with a similar notifications service. However, that app has its fair share of limitations. Pushbullet, on the other hand, offers a lot more features, justifying the choice of picking a third-party app over the native one.

Below, we’ll take a brief look at the app’s most useful features and tell you how to get them up and running.

How to exchange files between devices

Pushbulllet mimics a peer-to-peer file transfer system, through which you can transfer data between your devices in a heartbeat. From images, songs, and video files (under 25MB in the free version) to text snippets, pretty much everything is on the menu.

How to send files from PC to phone

Step 2. Select the recipient.

That’s it!

However, it is to be noted that you’ll need to grant Pushbullet the Android File and storage permission before exchanging files.

How to send files from phone to PC

Step 1. Select the recipient under Pushing.

Step 2. Choose the file you want to send by tapping on the attach icon.

How to enable instant pushing

Pushbullet also allows you to push the current tab on your desktop to all our connected devices at once. Alternatively, you can enable instant push to individual devices as well. Here’s how to:

Step 1: Go to Settings.

Step 2: Go to the Advanced Tab.

Step 3: Check Instant push and select All devices or any single device.

How to follow a channel

Stay up to date with Pushbullet’s unique channel subscription system. The app lets you subscribe to various channels — tech, business, comics, entertainment, finance, and gaming — and brings their updates straight to the desktop client.

Step 1. Go to the Following tab on your Windows PC.

Step 3. When redirected to Pushbullet’s channel page, pick your favorite channels.

Similarly, you can add channels through the smartphone app.

Step 1. Go to the Channels tab.

Step 2. Take your pick and tap Follow.

How to enable the floating window mode

Pushbullet lets you reply to your messages right from your desktop and also lets you view your recent chats in a floating window mode.

Step 1. Go to the SMS tab.

Step 2. Pick the conversation you want to float.

Step 4. A floating window shortcut to the conversation will be created.

If you go to the SMS tab in the phone up, you’ll find two toggles of SMS sync and Only sync pictures while on Wi-Fi. Turn the SMS sync off if you don’t want to see your messages on your desktop.

How to blacklist an app from sending notifications

The main aim of Pushbullet is to deliver all your smartphone’s messages flawlessly to your desktop. And it’s safe to say that the app ticks all the boxes in this department. If you’ve granted Pushbullet Notification access, your notifications will be displayed on the bottom-right corner of your desktop.

The Notifications tab in the computer client is reserved for displaying incoming alerts.

But in the Android app, there are a few settings you can play around with.

Apart from Notification Mirroring and Only while on Wi-Fi toggles, there is a toggle for Skip silent notifications as well.  However, the most interesting part of this tab is the option of picking the apps that get to interrupt your work.

Step 1. Go to the Mirroring tab.

Step 2. Tap on Choose which apps to enable.

Step 3. Deselect the apps you don’t wish to be notified of.
