Suggested January 2024 Bitget Introduces Megaswap For A Multi

The transcend of Web2 to Web3 has hooked a lot of users, especially those who are considering decentralization as a game changer in the financial arena. The shift from the traditional centralized version of the internet has given ultimate power to a few conglomerates to run and control the system.

Bitget one of the leading cryptocurrency exchanges also aims to be the portal that transcends Web2 and Web3, connects CeFi and DeFi, and bridges the vast web of crypto. To fulfill the same, Bitget has launched a new feature on its platform, called  “MegaSwap”.

MegaSwap has been introduced for users to trade or swap their digital assets and enjoy the best of both worlds.

What is MegaSwap?

MegaSwap is a new feature of the Bitget platform that bridges the gap between the freedom and diversity of DeFi and the security and ease of CeFi. It enables users to trade over 10,000 cryptocurrencies in a DeFi environment and enjoy the perks of both Web2 and Web3 worlds.

Once the users have access to their MegaSwap account they can access 10 important DEXs through 8 influential chains while staying on Bitget’s platform. As compared to centralized exchanges (CEX) that offer security and diversity via their products and services, decentralized exchanges (DEX) have also become a top pick for various investors recently.

The latter helps traders to get hold of various tokens in a time-efficient manner. However, due to a lack of protection with assets stored on DeFi wallets and a knowledge barrier for many users, DEXs have still not become a go-to form of trading amongst traders.

Thereby, MegaSwap has been curated to satisfy users with convenient and safe trading. The feature also enables users to enjoy a variety of assets and higher liquidity at the same time. All these have created room for users to incorporate a centralized trading experience in the DeFi market space.

In the words of the Managing Director of Bitget, Gracy Chen;

“MegaSwap is an important step taken by Bitget in building a safe, dynamic, and robust one-stop trading experience to reach the critical mass. Facing fluctuation and uncertainty in recent trading markets, we observe that users and investors long for the protection of assets without sacrificing convenience and performance. And MegaSwap provides the right solution to connect the dots, which enables users to enjoy the upsides of DEX and the heightened protection provided by Bitget’s system, along with our top-notch security measures and risk management, including hot and cold wallet separation, multi-signature wallet, Zero Trust security architecture and a lot more to protect user assets. ”

A multi-chain support system

To become a part of Bitget’s multi-chain feature, MegaSwap, users just have to activate their MegaSwap account and they are good to go. Once the account is activated, users can access the function of trading over 10,000 cryptocurrencies on 10 leading DEXs, such as Uniswap, Pancake, Curve, Sushi swap, and more.

Equipped with one of the best liquidity pools and empowered by diversified DEXs MegaSwap has a lot to offer to its users. At present, the latter supports transactions on 8 different chains, including ETH, BSC, Polygon, OP, Fantom, Klay, HECO, and OEC. Thus, MegaSwap is a one-stop solution for traders to fulfill their desire for cross-chain swaps seamlessly and efficiently.

Benefits of trading at Bitget

Bitget is known for its 3Ss, “Speedy, Seamless, and Supreme” quality trading service. Additionally, to provide users with a safe and secure trading environment, it offers some key benefits to its users which are as follows:

2. Top-notch security: Security and transparency have been the key goals of the Bitget platform. Traders at Bitget are entitled to risk control with hot & cold wallet segregation and 12 A+ ratings from SSL Labs.

3. Round-the-clock customer support: Bitget has a 24/7 multilingual online support system to address users’ grievances. Additionally, there is also 1-on-1 support for VIP customers and separate reward centers dedicated to the community. This results in increased user interaction and engagement.

Bitget, established in 2023, is the world’s leading cryptocurrency exchange with innovative products and social trading services as its key features, currently serving over 8 million users in more than 100 countries around the world.

The exchange is committed to providing a secure, one-stop trading solution to users and aims to increase crypto adoption through collaborations with credible partners, including legendary Argentinian footballer Lionel Messi, the Italian leading football team Juventus, and official esports events organizer PGL.

How To Use Markdown Content For Multi

Using plain text lets you concentrate on the words, rather than their formatting

It’s one of the most portable formats out there

You can use lots of tools to help you manage it, such as DropBox, which comes with its own built-in text editor, or concurrent versioning systems (such as Subversion, as described here) as you make changes

The problem lies when you need to transform those plain-text words into something nicely-formatted and readable. Fortunately, Linux provides two programs that allow you to draft in plain text, then convert to other, more graphical formats.

Markdown Syntax

Markdown is what is called a “lightweight mark-up language.” It’s similar to HTML (and, in fact, allows you to insert HTML directly in your Markdown documents), and if you install the companion program, you can convert what you create into clean HTML. But you just need to know a little bit of the syntax in order to start writing in Markdown with any text editor:

Heading (e.g. Level 1, Level 2, etc…) lines begin with a hash tag (#), one for each level of the heading (i.e. a Level 3 heading needs three hash tags)

Text in bold should be enclosed with two underscores or asterisks, **like this**

Text in italics should be enclosed in one underscore or asterisk, *like this*

Bulleted items begin the line with a dash (-), a plus (+), or a single asterisk (*), followed by a single space.

Numbered items begin the line with a number, followed by a period and a single space (e.g. “1. “). Note that the actual numbers you use don’t matter, so don’t worry about making sure they’re in order – I use all 1’s when doing these lists.

When inserting a hyperlink, put the text to be linked in [square brackets], followed immediately by the URL to link to (in parentheses).

With these few items, it’s entirely possible to draft up blog posts without having to worry about HTML tags (more information on formatting, such as inserting images, tables, and references throughout the Markdown content, can be found on the project’s home page).

Markdown Conversion Tool

To convert this to HTML (to be pasted into a CMS, for example, the command to install this in Linux is as follows:

sudo

apt-get install

markdown

Once installed, converting content in Markdown to HTML is as simple as the following command:

Aaron Peters

Aaron is an interactive business analyst, information architect, and project manager who has been using Linux since the days of Caldera. A KDE and Android fanboy, he’ll sit down and install anything at any time, just to see if he can make it work. He has a special interest in integration of Linux desktops with other systems, such as Android, small business applications and webapps, and even paper.

Toyota Introduces 2023 Rav4 Se Hybrid

Toyota Introduces 2023 RAV4 SE Hybrid

In the realm of small crossovers, the Toyota RAV4 is at the top of the heap in its segment. Toyota has now confirmed a new grade for the 2023 RAV4 Hybrid. The new grade is the 2023 RAV4 SE Hybrid which brings much of the performance and style of the XSE at a lower price point.

SE buyers will get mono-tone paint, fabric-trimmed seats, and a seven-inch touchscreen with six speakers. In addition, Toyota offers multiple options packages for the SE buyer looking to add more niceties and options to their vehicle. One of those packages is the weather package adding a heated leather steering wheel, heated front seats, and rain-sensing wipers with a de-icer function.

Another available options package on the SE is the convenience package adding a moonroof, height-adjustable power liftgate, and the Audio Plus infotainment system with a nine-inch touchscreen. Along with the introduction of the new SE Hybrid, Toyota has also made some changes across the entire RAV4 range. For example, XSE trims have a new color called Calvary Blue with a black roof, while other grades can get the Calvary Blue color without the black roof.

RAV4 buyers have new wheel options to choose from, with the LE Hybrid, XLE, and XLE Hybrid trims all offering new colors for the wheels. In addition, the Adventure grade also gets new wheel colors, while the XLE Premium Hybrid, Limited Hybrid, and XSE Hybrid all get a new wheel design.

On XLE are higher trims are new standard updated headlamps adding additional style and capability. LED fog lamps are now standard on the XLE Premium, Limited, Adventure, and TRD Off Road. Interior upgrades across the range include a locking glovebox with LED interior lamps. XLE and higher get illuminated interior switches, and the Limited receives an eight-way power passenger seat.

There are still major mysteries about the 2023 RAV4 range, notably pricing has not been announced. The upgraded crossover will be released in mid-December, and Toyota promises that additional details on pricing will be available then. Toyota has significantly upgraded several of its vehicles for the 2023 model year.

One of the most notable upgrades is the all-new 2023 Toyota Tundra pickup. The truck starts at under $36,000 and no longer has a V-8 option. Instead, all versions of the truck get a twin-turbo V-6 engine is paired With a 10-speed automatic. In lower grade Tundras, the V-6 produces 348 horsepower and 405 pound-foot of torque. However, the higher-end Tundra models use the same twin-turbo V6 paired with a hybrid system producing 437 horsepower and 583 pound-foot of torque.

One of the more interesting things to surface in the Toyota world was a report that turned up yesterday suggesting Toyota is getting ready to put a manual transmission in the Supra. According to the report, early in the development, the manual was intended only for the four-cylinder Supra, but that changed at some point. It now seems that the manual transmission will come only to the inline-six version of the Supra.

There have also been rumors suggesting a higher performance version of the Supra is in the works using the turbocharged inline-6 from BMW’s iconic M3 and M4. The report claims the manual transmission will land sometime next year. The availability of a manual in the Supra is a big deal as many enthusiasts have been asking for a manual option since the car debuted.

Belkin Introduces New $30 Lightning To 3.5Mm Audio Cable, Letting You Ditch The Adapter

Belkin today has introduced its 3.5mm audio cable with Lightning connectivity. The company touts that this cable will let users directly connect their iPhone to a 3.5mm audio player, such as a car stereo, without the need for an adapter.

Belkin’s 3.5mm cable with Lightning connectivity joins the company’s other Lightning audio accessories. In 2023, the company released its Lightning Audio + Charge RockStar accessory, which allows users to charge their iPhone and listen to music at the same time. Aiml – A Language For Chatbots

This article was published as a part of the Data Science Blogathon.

Chatbots are intelligent digital assistants which may address customer’s basic and predictable queries. They offer numerous services via chatting and perform basic customer service operations. Chatbots work 24/7 and hence they provide assistance when offices are closed on holidays.

There are a variety of synonyms for chatbot, including “talkbot,” “bot,” “IM bot,” “interactive agent” or “artificial conversation entity.“

Most organizations have already started implementing chatbots on their sites especially on banking, airlines, and e-commerce websites.

Some more samples of chatbot technology are virtual assistants like Amazon’s Alexa, Google Assistant, and Messaging apps, like WeChat and Facebook messenger.

So, welcome to the planet of Artificial Intelligence!! Today, we are visiting to explore how straightforward chatbots are often created easily using the AIML library.

Types of Chatbots – Broadly, there are two kinds of chatbots:

Rule-based Chatbots

The rule-based chatbots work supported pre-written keywords that they understand. They use regular expressions or other types of string analysis. If the user has asked an issue without employing a single keyword, the chatbot might not realize it.

AI-Based Chatbots

than pre-prepared answers, the chatbot responds with adequate suggestions on the subject. additionally, the chatbot can find new ways to reply by learning from the previous communications.

What is  AIML?

AIML stands for computing language. it’s an XML dialect for creating tongue software agents.

AIML contains a collection of rules which define the conversational capabilities of the chatbot. it’s used with a linguistic communication Understanding (NLU) processor which takes AIML rules to investigate and reply to the text queries asked via the chatbot. The more rules we add in AIML – the more intelligent the chatbot is.

AIML based chatbots come under the rule-based chatbots category, however, some level of self-learning feature is feasible.

AIML is that the language to make a brain for chatbots.

NLU in chatbots process AIML and their chat behavior is controlled through AIML rules.

One chatbot application can have multiple sets of AIML and might behave differently.

The below flow diagram shows how AIML based chatbot can work with a range of input, which essentially represents the texts with identical meaning.

The three texts “take call”, “accept call”, and “join call” end up in the identical action of “accept call”.

Also, as a limitation of the AIML based chatbot, if no input pattern is satisfied, the boat will simply reply with default the generic statement “could not understand the phrase”.

However, given rich AIML rules, it’s possible to form a chatbot that will handle a broad range of queries. It makes it the most effective suited domain-specific businesses, like banking where chatbot should handle generic queries associated with the banking domain.

AIML History

AIML was originally developed by Dr. Richard Wallace and a worldwide free software community between 1995 and 2002. It formed the idea for what was initially a highly extended Eliza called “A.L.I.C.E..” (“Artificial Linguistic Internet Computer Entity”), which won numerous awards.

An AIML interpreter AliceBot program is on the market under GNU GPL, which might be the accustomed test and develop AIML based intelligent bot.

The latest version is AIML 2.0 which has powerful NLP processing.

AIML Fundamentals

AIML describes a category of information objects called AIML objects and partially describes the behavior of computer programs that process them.

AIML objects are made of units called topics and categories, which contain either parsed or unparsed data. Parsed data is created of characters, several of which form character data, and a few of which form AIML elements.

AIML elements encapsulate the stimulus-response knowledge contained within the document. Character data within these elements is usually parsed by an AIML interpreter and sometimes left unparsed for later processing by a Responder.

Below is the coding structure of the A :

………    ……… <!–     Let’s say we have one     Question: Do you know who (any person name) is?      The AIML would be      <!–

AIML – CATEGORIES / TEMPLATE / PATTERN

The basic unit of information in AIML is named a category. Each category consists of an input question, an output answer, and an optional context.

The question, or stimulus, is termed the pattern. The answer, or response, is named the template. the 2 primary varieties of optional context are called “that” and “topic.”

The AIML pattern language is easy, consisting only of words, spaces, and wildcard symbols sort of a and *. The words may include letters and numerals, but no other characters. The pattern language is case invariant. Words are separated by one space, and also the wildcard characters function like words.

AIML supports mainly two forms of wildcards * and ^ symbols.

The * symbol is in a position to capture one (1) or more words within the user input

The ^ symbol is additionally a wildcard, however, it can capture 0 or more words.

HELLO *

There are two other wildcards, _, and #. These can override even exact matches and employed in a posh scenario.

You can have quite one wildcard per pattern. you’ll be able to echo multiple wildcards in your pattern by using, where x corresponds to the indicator (position within the sentence) of the wildcard. Not including the index assumes the primary wildcard.

For example :

<!– OUTPUT User: My name is Gyan and I am 30 years old. Bot: Hi Gyan, I am also 30 years old!

AIML Predicates

Predicate values in AIML are similar to local variables specific to one client. The most popular predicates are client profile information like name, gender, marital status, age, predicates, but it can be used to store any string.

<!– e.g. User: Hi Bot: Howdy. User: Hi Bot: Good Day. User: Hi Bot: Hello! <!– Human: I am Gyan Robot: Hello Gyan! Human: Good Night

Summary

AIML can be used to solve many real-life applications. The creation of Chatbot is one such application that is now widely used in the market. Also, AIML acts as the core of Machine Learning which is integration to Natural Language Processing.

A Possible Probiotic For Bats

Bats in North America have a real problem. It’s a fungus called Pseudogymnoascus destructans although it’s more commonly known by the disease it causes, white-nose syndrome. Millions of bats have died over the last decade leaving the National Wildlife Health Center no option but to consider this disease an ecological threat.

The effects of the disease are dramatic as well as vicious. Once the fungus ends up on the skin, it can colonize the nose and other areas of the body including the wings and ears. The hyphae of the pathogen can cause itchiness but can also eventually erode the skin, causing ulcers. This unfortunately means a disruption in winter hibernation as the animals are forced to wake up every few days to alleviate the itch by scratching. In the process, fat reserves are depleted and the animals become prone to starvation. Without proper nutritional resources, particularly in winter, starvation may take over, leading to an agonizing death.

There may be, however, a natural and safe option using another ecological niche: probiotics. The use of environmental anti-fungal species considered commensal by bats may offer a route to prevention and control. The only hurdle to this route, of course, is to identify appropriate candidates.

Last year, one possible option was proposed in the form of the bacterium Rhodococcus rhodochrous DAP96253. In the laboratory, this bacterium was modified to be induced by urea into possessing anti-fungal properties. The end result was the destruction of the pathogen without any potential side effects to the bat. Unfortunately, the potential for field applications was limited as providing the bacteria with the right medium would be difficult to accomplish. Yet it provided at least a step forward in the hunt for a natural option.

Last week, a team of researchers from California took a giant leap forward as they reported on the ability of several bacterial species to suppress fungal growth. The results went even further as the bacteria identified were not only naturally found in the environment but also were part of the bat’s natural skin microbiota.

The process began with the isolation of bacteria from hibernating bats. Swabs from the forearm and muzzle were taken from four different bat species. Back at the lab, the swabs were incubated and the bacteria isolated. A total of 133 bacterial strains were isolated giving the researchers an excellent pool of options for testing.

The next stage involved determining which species had anti-fungal activity. The bacteria were introduced to an already growing fungal culture of P. destructans to determine whether they could kill. Then the process of exposure was reversed as the bacteria were grown and then exposed to the fungus. This could determine if fungal growth could be prevented. From the 133 tested, six ended up showing promise for both prevention and control. A closer look at their biological classification revealed they were all from genus Pseudomonas.

The final test involved examining whether the killing was a result of protection or whether the Pseudomonas targeted the fungus. The group did this by examining the motility of the bacteria and observing if there was any movement towards the hyphae. In this case, there was no sign of targeting. The bacteria were not preying; they were simply protecting their territory.

The identification of species not only able to kill the fungus but also making up part of the skin microbiota suggests there may be a possible route to remedy. The introduction of these species into the bat population could improve their overall health and lower if not eliminate the risk for anthropogenic effects. The authors suggest the next step is to develop and test a probiotic intervention with a number of different hibernating bats. If these tests prove successful, then this may prove to be the natural, consequence-free option wildlife officials need to halt the spread of white-nose syndrome and help to restore the bat population to a more comfortable level.
